As a child of first-generation Canadian immigrants, Jas learned the value of hard work and financial literacy from his ambitious father. Instilled with these values from a young age, Jas makes it his mission to help Toronto-area residents gain financial freedom and build generational wealth.

Understanding that purchasing a home is often the single most important transaction in a person’s life, he built Bahia Realty Group on the values of approaching every client experience with precision and patience to exceed all expectations–at any price point or property type.

As a lifelong real estate educator and investor, Jas is actively involved in cash flow properties throughout Toronto. This invaluable practical experience is one way he remains tapped into the market, and able to advise his clientele to reach success.

Jas is a proud husband and father to four daughters, and a beloved family dog. For the past decade, he has volunteered his time teaching high school students about financial literacy, something he remains immensely passionate about to this day.
